As trustees, we share a profound responsibility for the future of Sir Manasseh Meyer International School. We bear it gladly because of our desire to see our children grow up, guided by Jewish values, to become admirable young men and women. We are deliberate in our non-profit status – what our funding supports is not the business of education but education itself: a world-class curriculum taught by caring and dedicated teachers in a safe, modern and conducive environment.
One of our most important policies is that we welcome students and families from all nationalities and faiths. Only with open minds and open hearts can we help our children see greater possibilities; and others to see the good in our community.
We have the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of Sir Manasseh Meyer International School. We are responsible for formulating short and long term strategic plans, development of policies and other matters related to the effective operation of SMMIS and the welfare of the students and staff.
